Visit the electronic classroom page for more information and reservation instructions. Reserve a study space across our various library locations for individual or group work. Reservations are taken no less than 2 weeks in advance and no more than 12 weeks in advance.

Go to the uc berkeley library reservation system to find and book your space. Various study space features (food allowed, whiteboards, conversation allowed, etc) can be filtered by selecting study spaces from the locations + hours page. When available, administrators, faculty, staff and students of college of chemistry, department of astronomy or department of physics may reserve the space for academic or university related.
Reserved rooms must be claimed within the first 15 minutes of the reservation.
If there are less than 15 minutes remaining in your current reservation, you may renew your room online if it is still available. It allows users to reserve spaces through our online booking page or widgets we've added to webpages and/or. Rooms can be reserved up to three weeks in advance. Libcal spaces is our platform for managing space reservations.

All study rooms can be reserved up to two 2 hours in advance per ucb id, and are due at :50 of the last hour of the reservation or one hour prior to library closing. Check out please check out when ready to leave. Otherwise, the reservation is forfeited, and the room will be. Please select the location and date, then select the type of reservation you wish to make.
