I seem to remember reading that. I’ve heard the c6 from 2008 and newer are practically bulletproof but it seems the c7 has had some reliability history issues and i want my car to be as issue free as possible. This a car catching my eyes.

The c6 z06 used an aluminum frame for the whole car vs steel in the regular c6, so it is basically a completely different car.

Whatever the issue (s), reply to this post with the year, model & engine of your c6 and a brief description of the issue (s) you had, and what the cause and solution were.
What i'm wondering is what i should be looking out for (in terms of problems, defects, etc.) when going to look at the car. 2005 c6 no start issue. I'd say the difference between a late c5 (especially z06) and early c6 really comes down to individual. Citroen c6 owners community support site.
Have a 2008 c5^ with 28k miles. General | technical | performance | aftermarket | discussions other sections: Production of all variants of the c6 ended 19th december 2012, a sad. In a few months i will be in a position to purchase a c6 z06!

Its a 2007 2.7 tdi quattro and i must say i'm more than happy with it so far. Exclusive forum for vendors to list c6 products, services and promotions. Anything zr1 related goes in here, media release, photos and more. I've had some specifications one of which was that the car should be a v6 petrol, which is quite rare.
It's not just an engine and suspension upgrade.
