I am applying all across the us for mostly swe roles and some embedded. I am a rising senior at a good college and have applied for over 100 internships but don't seem to get many interviews. Also, how should i prepare efficiently.

I got to the 2nd round interview stage for meta's summer 24 internship. Graduating may 2024, have a full stack swe internship(june until december), have 4 huge varied projects, and have a 3.8 gpa, using jake's resume and the google xyz. What have your guys' previous experience been?
Apply the most common techniques for the interview (star technique) and rehearse many many times.
They want to remove people from the process as quickly as they possibly can. Interviewing someone costs a ton of money. Is any cs internship experience better than none or do i just. Any tips/suggestions to pass the screening and at least get the oa?
Don't loose pace, build good habits. I've applied to about 70 or so internships this season, and i've only gotten two interviews; They said i can expect. Only to be rejected from both companies.

As a 2023 new grad with no offers (~700 applications), i'm just making side projects, taking coursera courses, and applying as i work full time in retail.
How does one get an entry to midlevel swe job in 2024? I think it is likely that companies aren't as interested in getting interns right now due to the pandemic. I don't understand what's happening here; Don't forget to check out the wiki.
Is this likely the last round, or should i expect more rounds afterward? I'm both applying to fall 2023 and summer 2024 In fact, i seldom see any junior. The position requires about 2 years coding experience (which i do have).
