Can not confirm what the issue is without the logs file. When trying to scrape a simpcity url, the downloder immediately fails. Simpcity has turned on captcha. Sc is failing due to added captcha on the login page.
A fix is in the works, but likely won't be quick to materialize. I tried both cookie and user/pass for authentication and it didn't matter. It'll sort itself out over time.
