My asm said i'm eligible for a bronze star, but she had to order them and wait for them to come in. Now people are calling me the managers pet and i have a target on my back. After collecting five, you reach a milestone ie bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.

For every 5 you receive, you are awarded a special color star and 50$ on your next pay stub. In my store, the department supervisors nominate one of their employees weekly to the store manager and he gives them a service star. Congrats on your first star!

Ask your manager how you can earn a service star. We’re new to the area and stopped into. Honestly it depends on your supervisor and asm if they wish to award you a service star. About 3 people keep getting stars over and over again, nevermind anyone else that goes.
Each milestone is worth $50, with the exception of platinum which $100. You cap out at platinum, and can only. I have over 50 credit cards, 40 red badges, 5 rwds, multiple customer service awards, and have trained asms on the cash register, other cashiers, and worked alongside several hcs/dses. So i received a red service star award that other day.
See what our customer had to say: Service stars at my store are a joke. Now other members of management can to, it just depends. It is an award that is only given to 4 employees per quarter for exceptional customer service.
