It rotates between three tanking trinkets on my top trinket slot, and uses that top trinket slot on normal. Now i understand that using both trinkets can't be done as the other goes in cooldown, but that's not what i want. Here's a full lazyman's trinket macro that i use on my death knight.

You can also include things like racials or other trinkets into the macro, however if it's a shared cooldown or a trinket/spell/ability is unavailable it'll only active those that are currently.
