I am anovulatory on my own, but do ovulate with a trigger shot. My ovulation is always a super specific type of painful. When i went into the office the next morning they said it was normal from my ovaries being stimulated. I know ohss can be a concern, but i think i only had a few follicles, so i feel like that's not enough to cause that, and no fluid build up, just some very mild bloating.
