F150 Power Locks Not Working Rear Door Lock
I can lock all doors with my key fob, keyless entry and any of the interior lock buttons. Do the controls on the passenger door work? Please help narrow this down?

Have you checked fuse 20 inside? Driver side locks and unlocks all doors and the key fob works all doors as well. If this boot cracks apart it lets water into the motor and rusts the spiral rod so it can lock up an not work.
As soon as the passenger door opened, then the fob and all power locks started working again (manual key override still not functional).
The only way to start the truck is to put the key in the ignition in the run position and disarm the alarm using the alarm emergency override button. Very common for them to go out. The power window on my driver side also works just fine, but not the power door lock. In freezing temps the motor won't run until the area heats up and melts the ice inside the motor.
My 2018 lariat has developed a problem with the power door lock on the passenger door not working from the outside. I noticed today when i hit the button to lock the windows, the windows were still able to be rolled down. I'm unable to lock or unlock the doors by grabbing the handle. There is a mod that you can do to bring them back to life.

Has anyone ever ran into this or have any insight as to what the issue may be?
Something about taking the actuator apart, removing something and replacing it with foil or something. Average failure mileage is 5,350 miles. There could be a few different things wrong that block your fob from working. My buddy has ids and forscan and went ahead and scanned the truck.

The power window and door lock on the passenger side both work perfectly. What's puzzling is the key fob and the touch sensitive handles on the outside of the doors still work. Sorry my truck is a 2011 and none of the locks work not by key fob or my the lock switches on driver or passenger door. However, only my driver door will unlock using any of the aforementioned means.
I've checked the fuses and they are both good. The door locks on the both inside doors stopped working. It won't respond to the in. Its most likely your lock actuators.
