Wall & grand apartments eligibility: Resident agrees to pay the university the applicable room, apartment, and dining plan charges billed to their bursar account. Single siu carbondale sophomore, junior, senior and graduate students of any age and freshmen age 21 and older.

We offer three apartment areas on campus at southern illinois university. * includes a furnished apartment and all utilities. Wall & grand apartments and evergreen terrace furnished apartments contract renewal begins on november 7. Internet access is provided, but telephone service is not included.
