While both zenitsu and inosuke have reputations that proceed them in demon slayer, their fighting styles couldn't contrast their personalities much more. Not stronger than all hashira but they’re pretty strong since they’ll obviously survive all season (cuz they’re the main characters obviously) but tanjiro might be a little stronger than the hashiras by a tiny bit. Inosuke is stronger, more versatile and much more talented than zenitsu.

Inosuke is probably the most physically capable, zenitsu can achieve higher feats but isn't well rounded enough to maintain pillar level, and tanjiro is about inosuke level physically but a little lower, with more tactical skill. He can literally change the placement of his internal organs, 2: Zenitsu seems suited to be a team player but thrives best when he isn't even conscious to watch himself fight.
Most people say zenitsu is stronger than inosuke, which i respectfully disagree with, here are my reasons.
Zenitsu is no longer just the scared boy fans first met, but a swordsman with a stronger purpose. Inosuke's traumatic past shapes his ferocious nature, but he grows to value teamwork and friendship in battle. Zenitsu atm is stronger than both inosuke and tanjiro, as long as he’s asleep. Zenitsu is faster, but what most people are missing here is the fact that inosuke is extremely fast also plus he is extremely flexible and durable (can literally change the placement of his internal organs) which.
Inosuke can sense where he is, so even if he were able to land a hit on inosuke, inosuke could move his organ in. Inosuke plays a crucial role in defeating powerful demons, showcasing his strength. With every opponent zenitsu unconsciously defeats, he is able to prove that fear isn’t always a weakness. While inosuke was inferior in speed and offense, he was far less inferior than zenitsu was in strength and defense.

Zenitsu seems more like comedy one track mind at the moment, whereas inosuke has more variety with his actions/what he does and cooler backstory. And if we look as tanjiro overprotective brother vision, he must want that nezuko's husband must be stronger than him. Well in a chapter of entertainment district arc, inosuke once claimed that zenitsu is stronger than him and he want a fight with him. Zenitsu has flashes of potential but until he can overcome his mental weaknesses and expand his skillset, he remains the weakest demon slayer of the trio.
He seems more interesting than zenitsu, stronger for sure but not sure about the brains. If you add up all of their stats, you could very easily make the argument that inosuke is a superior, more reliable fighter.
